NextGen Tuning LLC processes orders within 24-48 hours. Shipping times vary by item and availability. If an item is in stock, it will ship same or next day. Items that may be backordered or shipping from the manufacturer will have a delivery timeframe provided as soon as we are updated by the manufacturer. We will try to provide an accurate timeframe based on the information given to us. However, NextGen Tuning LLC does not guarantee a delivery date for items that are out of stock or backordered.
NextGen Tuning LLC ships using many different carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL among others. We cannot guarantee the carrier that will be handling your delivery. If you have more than one item in your order, they may be shipped in multiple packages by different shipping carriers.
When ordering bigger items such as: hoods, fenders, trunks, bumpers, etc., these will be shipped via truck freight due to the size. Most of the time these packages get delivered to your location with no problem. But, unfortunately truck freight isn't always lightly handled. The consignee is responsible to examine the condition of the product(s) upon receiving. If for any reason there is damage, make sure the damage is notated on the delivery receipt. At that time, you can then file a claim with the trucking company. If any supporting documents are needed from us, please contact us.
NextGen Tuning LLC offers free ground shipping within the 48 Continental US states on orders over $150. Not all brands are included in the free ground shipping, and we reserve the right to change this as may be needed. Free ground shipping is not included on items that are shipped via truck freight.
