Q: What are your hours?
A: We are open for business Monday through Saturday 10am to 6pm EST.
Q: Do all the Ultra Racing Suspension Bars fit perfectly, since they are from overseas?
A: Some of the bars that we sell for Ultra Racing may not fit 100% without slightly modifying them. If you receive a bar and need to modify it, let us know before you do so.
Q: Are all the parts listed in stock?
A: We do have parts in stock, but some parts are shipped from overseas. So it depends on our inventory at the time. You may always email us and ask ahead of time.
Q: Will all my parts ship together?
A: If your order is all from one company and all the parts are in stock, then yes. If they are from separate companies, then most likely the order will come in separate packages.
Q: Do you ship International?
A: Yes, we do ship International. The shipping fees on the website do not apply though. You will need to get ahold of us in order to get a correct shipped price.
Q: I received the wrong parts. What do I do?
A: Be sure to contact us and we will correct the problem.
Q: The parts I received are damaged. What do I do?
A: If any of the parts are damaged you should notify the carrier immediately at the point of delivery in order to claim the insurance. At that point, you will need to initiate an insurance claim with the carrier.
Q: A part is on back order. When will I receive it?
A: A back ordered item is when the manufacture is sold out on a particular part and is unable to predict when they will have more in stock. We will keep you updated on your order as much as possible.
Q: I’m looking for a particular part, but don’t see it on your website. Can you still get it?
A: If there is a part that we don’t have listed on the website, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our website is an ongoing project, so not all parts are listed.
