If there is a part that we don’t have listed on the website, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our website is an ongoing project, so not all parts are listed.
Most product from Ultra Racing fit snuggly and will require some patience. There are the occasional brace that may need some slight modification in order to fit better. If you receive a bar and need to modify it, let us know before you do so.
We do have parts in stock, but some parts are shipped from the manufacturer. So it depends on our inventory at the time. You may always email us and ask ahead of time.
If your order is all from one company and all the parts are in stock, then yes. If they are from separate companies, then most likely the order will come in separate packages.
Yes, we do ship International. The shipping fees on the website do not apply though. You will need to contact us in order to get a correct shipped price.
Be sure to contact us and we will correct the problem.
If any of the parts are damaged you should notify the carrier immediately at the point of delivery in order to claim the insurance. At that point, you will need to initiate an insurance claim with the carrier.
A back ordered item is when the manufacturer is sold out on a particular part. There are times that the manufacturer does not have a current estimated of arrival (ETA) and there are times that they are able to give us a timeframe. Either way, we will keep you updated so you can decide how you would like to handle your order.
