All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery and must be authorized by us, NextGen Tuning LLC. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging in new, unused, condition. If thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that we cannot issue credit for merchandise that is damaged or failed to deliver to the return address. We recommend shipping your return using a courier with tracking services such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Certified Mail with full insurance. Shipping charges for the return as well as shipping costs on the original order are non-reimbursable.
All returns are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Special order items cannot be cancelled or returned. We honor any manufacturer's warranty in accordance with their terms; however, we do not provide any additional guarantees on products.
Returns must be received within ten (10) days of a receiving a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number being issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten (10) days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
